Nate Bar Mix Label v.1

I am so excited to share with you my first label for the Nate Bar mix. It is a work in progress but here it is in its raw form. I love the mix idea because it stores very well because the oats, seeds, and fruit are dehydrated. I would say conservatively that this mix can keep at least three months.

Nate Bars

handmade granola bar mix with sprouted seeds and oats

Made in San Francisco, CA.

Directions: In a large bowl, mix 1 egg and 2/3 cup maple syrup. Add entire bag of Nate Bar mix. Stir until dry mix is moist. Butter or line with parchment paper two 2.75 quart (8 in. by 6 1/4 in.) baking dishes. Cut bar shapes with a dull knife before cooking. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Makes 16 rectangle granola bars.

Ingredients: Sprouted org. oats, sprouted org. sunflower seeds, sprouted org. pumpkin seeds, or. spelt flour, cinnamon, org. dry milk, org. wheat germ, org. flax seed, org. coconut, org. apricots, org. raisins, and dates.
