Sunny-Side Up Eggs

I prepare a cooked breakfast for my family most mornings. Some standards are French toast, pancakes, crepes, scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, and most recently, sunny-side up eggs on toast. Mikey calls this meal egg pancakes.

1 tablespoon butter
2 eggs
2 slices of bread
salt and pepper

Heat the butter in a fry pan. Put the toast in the toaster oven. Crack the eggs in the fry pan and turn the heat down to low until the white part of the egg is cooked and the yolk is starting to harden but is still runny. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the top.
